Any questions?
Can I rent an office for just a few months?
Yes — our contracts are flexible: you can rent an office from 6 months and extend as your needs evolve. For shorter periods, contact us and we will do our best to help.
What services are included in the rent?
Rent includes 24/7 access, high-speed internet, furniture, cleaning, utilities, meeting room access, a registered business address and our facility management.
Can I receive visitors at YNEO offices?
Of course. Your visitors can call you directly through our digital reception system at the building entrance.
Does YNEO offer shared offices or open space?
No. We only offer enclosed offices, to guarantee your confidentiality and comfort at work.
Will my company be visible in the building?
Yes. At YNEO, we operate as a white label: only your company is put forward, with your name at the building entrance, on your floor and on the letterbox. Signage is billed once (design and installation), with no monthly fee. We take care of everything.
Can I register my company at the office address?
Absolutely. A registered address is included in your contract at no extra cost. The address used is your office's own — no “c/o YNEO”.
Are meeting rooms available?
Yes. Every location has at least one meeting room, and your contract normally includes 10 hours of access per month. If you need more, you can book additional hours at a preferential rate through our app. All rooms are equipped for video conferencing.
What does “white label” mean?
We operate as a white label: no YNEO logo is visible in the spaces. Only your company name is displayed. The aim is to put your identity forward — not ours.
