Alone or with a partner: the independent and the duo
Spaces from 11 to 16 m², from CHF 800.– per month in Grand-Saconnex and from CHF 1,250.– in Pâquis. The point: get out of the living room and the café without exploding your costs, with a professional address for the Commercial Register and your clients. Not every address has a 1–2 people tier — the filter on our locations page shows you those that do.
Three to five: the small team
The heart of our offer: offices from 16 to 33 m² in every one of our addresses, from CHF 950.– to CHF 2,150.– per month depending on the neighbourhood. Enough space to work together without getting in each other's way, with the meeting room included for client moments.
Six people and more: the established SME
Large spaces and multi-office configurations, from CHF 2,770.– to CHF 4,280.– per month. At this stage, image matters as much as square metres: Arquebuse 8 in the city centre or Florissant 2 in Champel carry an address that matches your growth — always all inclusive, never a ten-year lease.

What happens if the team grows during the contract?
That is the scenario our model prefers: we offer you a suitable space within the network, with no exit penalty on the office that became too small.
Can a team be split across several offices?
Yes — several of our clients combine two neighbouring offices at the same address: a flexible alternative to one large floor, often more economical.
