A PO box is not enough for a registered office in the Commercial Register, and “c/o” addresses at a domiciliation agent, while accepted, reveal their nature to anyone consulting the register. A real office, by contrast, gives you a full address: the one where you actually work.

Can I register my company at YNEO without renting an office?
Our model ties domiciliation to a real office: that is what gives your registered office actual premises and full credibility. For an address alone, a classic domiciliation company will be a better fit — but the difference in value is real.
What happens to my address if I change YNEO office?
You keep a registered office within our network: the transfer from one YNEO address to another happens at the time of the move, and we support you in updating the Commercial Register.
Is the address suitable for a SARL or an SA?
Yes — our clients register sole proprietorships, SARLs and SAs. Your notary or fiduciary simply uses your YNEO office address as the statutory seat.
