It all began in 2017 with the creation of bmyb.ch. Our mission: to simplify the search for offices by connecting those who had too much space with those looking for it. Very quickly, our platform became the largest showcase of professional spaces in French-speaking Switzerland.
But one thing became clear: what independent professionals and SMEs really want are enclosed, affordable, easy-to-manage spaces.
So in 2020 we changed course: offering our own offices, on a new model — no frills, white label, flexible. That is how the managed-office concept was born, and how our first locations opened.
In 2025, bmyb became YNEO. A new name for a clear vision: “Your Next Office” is our promise — guiding you to your next office, with freedom, confidentiality and autonomy.

Who is YNEO?
YNEO is the new identity of bmyb, a company founded in Geneva in 2017, whose initial mission was to bring together the supply and demand of flexible offices on one online platform, much like Booking or Airbnb. We have evolved to meet growing demand for flexible, affordable workspaces, while keeping our original mission: offering accessible, simple offices adapted to companies' real needs.
Why the name change?
The name YNEO reflects our current vision and positioning. “Your Next Office” is both our promise and our ambition: to guide you to your next workspace, with simplicity, flexibility and freedom.
How is YNEO different from coworking?
At YNEO, you rent an enclosed, private office in your own image. No shared open space, no imposed or unnecessary services. Our spaces are designed to offer confidentiality, autonomy and a clear professional image.
What does “white label” mean?
We operate as a white label: no YNEO logo is visible in the spaces. Only your company name is displayed. The aim is to put your identity forward — not ours.
What are YNEO's commitments to its clients?
Four commitments guide our offer: a fair price, with no unnecessary fees; confidentiality, thanks to enclosed spaces; simplicity, with digital, flexible, constraint-free services; and image, letting you project a strong, lasting identity — the opposite of the short-lived feel often associated with ultra-short-term solutions.
Where are YNEO offices located?
We currently count 11 locations in Geneva, all designed to offer a professional, affordable setting. Our team is based at Route de Florissant 2, 1206 Geneva.
Who is YNEO for?
YNEO is for SMEs, independent professionals, start-ups and regional branches of companies of any size. Our model is ideal for teams of 1 to 10 people, with 6-, 12- or 24-month contracts, low guarantees and a quick move-in. A perfect fit for young, growing structures.
