    Yes, our contracts are flexible: you can rent an office for a minimum of 6 months and extend it according to your needs. For shorter periods, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

    The rental includes 24/7 access, high-speed internet, furniture, cleaning, utilities, access to meeting rooms, domiciliation, and our management of the premises.

    Of course. Your visitors can call you directly via our digital reception system (QR-Bell) at the entrance to the building.

    No. We only offer closed offices to ensure your privacy and comfort while working.

    Yes. At YNEO, we operate as a white label: only your company is promoted, with your name on the building entrance, landing, and mailbox. Signage is billed once (creation and installation), with no monthly fees. We take care of everything.

    Absolutely. Domiciliation is included in your contract at no additional cost. The address used is directly that of your office, without any mention of c/o YNEO.

    Yes. Each address offers at least one meeting room, and your contract generally includes 10 hours of access per month. If you need more, you can reserve additional hours at a preferential rate via our app. The rooms are equipped for videoconferencing.

    We operate as a white label: no YNEO logo is visible in the spaces. Only your company name is displayed. The goal is to highlight your identity, not ours.
