- Private: A space just for you This is our standard: rent a closed, quiet, and confidential office, designed for your comfort and productivity.
- White label: Your image before ours. We operate under a white label. No YNEO name at the entrance, no signage: with us, you feel completely at home.

Our Story
It all started in 2017 with the creation of bmyb.ch.
Our mission: to simplify office search by connecting those with available space with those who were looking for it. Very quickly, our platform became the largest showcase for professional spaces in French-speaking Switzerland.
But one observation became clear: what freelancers and SMEs are really looking for are enclosed, affordable, and easy-to-manage spaces.
In 2020, we therefore made a shift: to offer our own offices, based on a new model — no frills, white label, and flexible.
This is how the concept of managed offices was born, and how our first sites opened.
In 2025, bmyb becomes YNEO. A new name, for a clear vision:
“Your Next Office” is our promise — to guide you towards your next office, with freedom, confidentiality, and autonomy.

YNEO is the new identity of bmyb, a company founded in 2017 in Geneva, whose initial mission was to bring together the supply and demand for flexible offices on an online platform, similar to Booking or Airbnb.
We have evolved to meet a growing demand for flexible and affordable workspaces, while maintaining our initial mission: to offer accessible, simple, and tailored offices to the real needs of businesses.
The name YNEO reflects our vision and current positioning. “Your Next Office” is both our promise and our ambition: to guide you towards your next workspace, with simplicity, flexibility, and freedom.
At YNEO, you rent a closed, private office, reflecting your image. No shared open space, no imposed or superfluous services. Our spaces are designed to offer confidentiality, autonomy, and a clear professional image.
We operate under a white label: no YNEO logo is visible in the spaces. Only your company’s name is displayed. The goal is to put your identity forward, not ours.
Four commitments guide our offering:
- A fair price, without unnecessary fees
- Confidentiality, thanks to enclosed spaces
- Simplicity, with digital, flexible, and constraint-free services
- Image, by allowing you to project a strong and lasting identity, in contrast to the ephemeral nature often associated with ultra-short-term solutions
Today, we have 10 locations in Geneva, all designed to offer a professional and affordable setting.

YNEO is for SMEs, freelancers, start-ups and regional branches of companies of all sizes. Our model is ideal for teams of 1 to 10 people, with 6, 12, or 24-month contracts, minimal guarantees, and quick setup. A solution perfectly suited for young, growing businesses.
